     Stephen Knight's practice focuses on appellate advocacy, commercial litigation, and consumer protection litigation. Stephen has served as Judicial Clerk to Chief Judge Gilbert S. Merritt, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and as Judicial Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Thomas A. Wiseman, Jr., Middle District of Tennessee. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee's Consumer Protection Division.

     Stephen is an honors graduate of The George Washington University Law School and an honors graduate of Cornell University. He is a member of the ABA Council of Appellate Lawyers, the ABA Appellate Practice Litigation Committee, the Appellate Advocacy Committee of the ABA Tort, Trial & Insurance Section, and the Appellate Practice Committee of the Nashville Bar Association. Stephen was a member of the Harry Phillips Inn of Court in Nashville, Tennessee, from 1996 to 1998, and a member of the Prettyman-Leventhal Inn of Court in Washington, D.C., in 1991.
